Responsibilities:
- Maximize human capital in Bina Nusantara by contributing in the employee competency development
- Maximize use of Talent Management budget
- Act as internal strategic business partners by providing Talent Management services to achieve excellent cooperative level with other business units/corporate functions in Bina Nusantara
- Contribute in improving employee satisfaction by providing clear job description and KPI to achieve better organization health
- Align HR strategy with business strategy by executing projects in the area of competency-based performance management and job analysis/evaluation
- Provide proactive workforce solution by providing consultative services in Talent Management area related to performance management and job analysis/evaluation
- Ensure a strategy-focused organization by developing, implementing and monitoring performance management system
- Improve organization integration by contributing in human resource information system development, especially for modules related to performance management and job analysis/evaluation
- Actively pursue improvement in professional capability by planning (with manager) and participating in professional development
- Maintain quality of management services delivered to continuously improve ISO compliance
