Learning & Development Officer
(Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:

• Maximize human capital in Bina Nusantara by contributing in the employee competency development
• Provide consultative services in area of Learning & Development to business units/corporate functions in Bina Nusantara
• Ensure an operational effectiveness of the Learning & Development Program Established
• Contribute in improving the Learning & Development program as well as employee job related competencies by providing required learning intervention and development as to achieve excellence performance

Requirements:

• Minimum education S1 in any major, preferably in Psychology
• Has min 1 year work experience in Training & Development area
• Experience in implementing, monitoring and follow up Training & Development Program
• Exposure in facilitating training/teaching session
• Has experience as a trainer, would be considered as an advantage
• Has knowledge in Competency-based Learning & Development management
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Good analytical & conceptual thinking skills, creative & innovative
• Computer literate and familiar with the internet
• Good communication skills
• Willing to work on Saturdays
