Senior Human Resources
(Located in Nusa Dua - Bali)

Requirements:

* This position requires knowledge and experience in:
o HR Management (recruitment, placement, policy, etc).
o Industrial Relation (Depnaker).
o Compensation & Benefit.
o Personnel Administration such as leave, absence, contract, etc.
o Performance Appraisal.
* Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia, English.
* Minimum S1 Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Law with GPA min 2.75
* At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Preferably Managers specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
* Strong leadership, analytical thinking, result orientation, communication skill, team work, good network, initiative and foresight skill
* Proactive, hardworking person, pressure persistent, able to thrive in fast-paced
* Applicants must be willing to work in Bali
