Program Officer
(Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:

* Position Purpose
o The Program Officer̢۪s main task is to ensure smooth financial and general administration processes take place in the implementation of the Whole School Development/Whole District Development (WSD/WDD) activities within Pillar 2 MCPM-AIBEP, such that they adapt to the agreed processes and procedures.

* Principal Accountabilities
* Accountabilities or Key Result Areas (KRA) (The main activities to be undertaken as agreed by the incumbent and manager)
o Provide overall support to the WDD/WSD team within Pillar 2 of the MCPM-AIBEP program;
o Act as the liaison person to AIBEP implementing partners particularly the government officials in MoNE and MoRA;
o Provide logistical support and guidance on routine implementation of program activities while tracking the use of financial resources;
o Organize meetings and workshops as agreed by the program management including the preparation and distribution of Minutes and other supporting documents;
o Serve as an interpreter and translator on an ad-hoc basis;
o Maintain and update the agreed core set of documentations/records as they are available at relevant institutions;
o Work closely with the Program Accountant to ensure Trust Account procedures for all implemented activities are properly followed;
o Arrange travel to/from Indonesia and throughout Indonesia for WDD/WSD team. Maintain calendar and schedule of travel arrangements;
o Perform other duties as required.

* Major Objectives & Key Performance Indicators (KPI)(The expected outcomes for each accountability and the metrics used to measure performance)
o Demonstrates understanding of the programs, shares knowledge openly, cooperates and supports the team.
o Demonstrates good interpersonal skills and ability to liaise effectively.
o Casework administration tasks are completed in timely and accurate manner.
o Organizing meetings, workshops and others related with the program should be done on schedule.
o Displays willingness to support the team, cooperates and shares knowledge openly.
o Demonstrates core set of records and files are completed and information is provided as requested.
o Demonstrates understanding of the Trust Account procedures. Case work administration tasks are completed in timely and accurate manner.
o Organizing travel should be done 10 days before the event.
o Displays willingness to assist other duties, cooperatives and responsible as directed.

Requirements:

* Key Selection Criteria
o Bachelor Degree or 3 to 5 years relevant professional experience at the national or international level in development areas;
o Displays maturity and good intercommunication skills;
o Ability to work independently and in an organized manner;
o Displays cultural, gender, religion, race, nationality and age sensitivity and adaptability;
o Demonstrate openness to change and feedback and able to manage complexities;
o Excellent computer and typing skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook;
o Demonstrated experience in administration tasks;
o Fluency in written and spoken English and Indonesian.
