HRD Supervisor/Ass. Manager

Responsibilities:

* Support HR function, especially related to organization development, performance management, company's culture and working atmosphere

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree in Engineering (Industrial), Business, Human Resource Management.
* At least 5 year(s) of working experience in HR Management, organization development, training and development.
* Interesting in people management (education & counseling)
* Having many experiences at (social) organizations
* Good relation building, initiative, empowerment, analytical thinking, strategic thinking
* English and computer literacy
* Willing to stay at Merak-Cilegon area
