Executive Search Consultant
(Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:
* In the position of executive search consultant you are responsible for end-to-end recruitment. This means you are responsible for business development, sourcing suitable candidates and placing them at the clients̢۪ company. As a single point of contact you will work closely with several reputable multinational clients.
* We are looking for somebody with excellent sales and communication skills (in both English and Indonesian) who is confident dealing with senior level executives.
* The ideal candidate for this position has a high energy level, passion for recruitment, a strong interest in people and is ambitious.
* For this position you need to hold a bachelor degree and preferably have experience in recruitment and/or sales.
* This position offers you an interesting mix of sales and HR, an opportunity to learn about the labor market and expand your network.
Requirements:
* Hold Bachelor degree or higher
* Recruitment and/or sales experience
* Industry experience (banking/finance/insurance/telecommunications/IT/oil & gas/FMCG)
* Full time available
* Age between 25 – 35 years old
* Fluency in English and Indonesian (oral and written)
