We are presently hiring for the following positions:

Culinary Trainee
(Banten - Bintaro Jaya, Tangerang)

Responsibilities:
* Works with the cook tournant or the cook round in the main galley or speciality galley.
* Assists with the transportation of food items from the main stores to the galley.
* Duties include the cleaning and sanitizing of his/her working area and working utensils following the United States Public Health rules and regulations and all times.
* Will be assigned from time to time in an early standby in the galley for USPH purpose.
* Is aware of,and/or acquires the necessary knowledge to comply with the ship's standard operation, in order to assist guest.
* Attends meeting,training activities,courses and all other work-related activities as required.

Requirements:
* Min 21 years old
* Ability to speaking, writing and reading in English >7
* Experience min. 2 years for the same position
* Available to traveling around the world up to 60%
* Education SMU + experience, Food and Beverage Academy, Hotel and Tourism Academic
* Willing to work at sea (Cruise Ship) for 6 month or more
* Skill and knowledge = intermediate and up
* Knowledgeable western food
* Fine dining room experience/hotel/restaurant
* Shipboard experienced (recommended)
* Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.

All Candidates will be based working Overseas on Cruise!!!!
