Responsibilities:
* Handling in recruiting employees
* Competent in giving basic human resource related training
* Strong leadership, strategic minded and excellent negotiation skills
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Law or equivalent.
* Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia.
* Preferred language(s): English.
* At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Applicants must be willing to work in Tangerang.
* Preferably Coordinator/Supervisors specializing in Human Resources or equivalent. Job role in Recruitment/Staffing or Employee/Labour Relation.
* Full-Time positions available.
* Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
